At Konges Sløjd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags remain attached and the products are in same condition as when you received them.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the return slip provided via email to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
