Where do you ship from and what are the delivery times?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Denmark. Standard delivery within Europe typically takes 2-4 business days, while international shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 5-8 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all Konges Sløjd tags attached.
Are your products organic and safe for newborns?
Yes, we prioritize the use of GOTS certified organic cotton and non-toxic materials. All our products undergo rigorous testing to meet the highest safety standards for babies and children.
How should I wash my Konges Sløjd garments?
To preserve the quality and longevity of our organic fabrics, we recommend washing at 30 degrees Celsius, using mild detergent, and avoiding tumble drying. Always check the specific care label inside the garment.
